Upco International Inc. Announces Private Placement

Vancouver, BC, September 10, 2018, Upco International Inc. (CSE: UPCO) (OTC: UCCPF) (Frankfurt: U06) (“Upco”) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,550,000 shares (“Shares”) at a price of $0.22 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $1,000,000 (the “Offering”). Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or before October 10, 2018.

Upco intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate and working capital purposes. The securities issued and issuable pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month and one day statutory hold period.
